| Descripción : | RESUMO: Este artigo busca analisar e esclarecer pontos relevantes acerca da regulamentação do ofício de atores e atrizes no Brasil, principalmente no que tange à bipartição entre amadores e profissionais, a função social da atividade artística e a relação entre os dispositivos da Lei n° 6.533, de 24 de maio de 1978, e os diretos fundamentais concernentes à livre manifestação da atividade artística e a liberdade profissional, inseridos na Constituição Federal de 1988 em seu artigo 5°, incisos IX e XII, respectivamente. The regulamentation of the artistic work in Brazil: the case of actors and actresses ABSTRACT: This article seeks to analyze and clarify relevant points about the regulamentation of the profession of actors and actresses in Brazil. Especially between the activity of amateurs and professionals, the social role of artistic work and the relationship between the provisions of Law No. 6533 of 24 May 1978, and the fundamental directs that regard the free expression of artistic activity and professional freedom, inserted into the 1988 Federal Constitution in its Article 5, sections IX and XII.
