Descripción :	No dia 11 de março deste ano, o Instituto Política Por.De.Para Mulherespromoveu, no Teatro da Reitoria da UFPR, o lançamento do livro Gêneroe Resistência (2019). O volume é fruto das pesquisas apresentadas no IIEncontro de Pesquisa Por.De.Para Mulheres, realizado em 2018. Para participar do evento, foram convidadas Manuela D’Ávila, candidata àvice-presidência da República nas eleições do ano passado, e Diva Guimarães Alves, professora paranaense que ganhou repercussão nacional após falar a respeito do preconceito racial durante a Feira Literária deParaty, em 2017.O arranjo de fotografias a seguir, realizado por Henrique da Costa Valério Quagliato, retrata o evento por meio das lentes de Ramiro Gabriel Garcia, fotógrafo e doutorando do Programa de Pós-Graduaçãoem Sociologia da UFPR. Convidado pela Revista Sociologias Plurais, Garcia teve acesso à entrevista com as convidadas nos bastidores, às falas e aos debates promovidos ao longo do evento. On March 11 this year, the Instituto Por.De.Para Mulheres, at the UFPR Theater, promoted the release of the book Gender and Resistance (2019). The volume is the result of research presented at the II.Por.De.Para Mulheres Research Meeting, held in 2018. To attend the event, Manuela D'Ávila, candidate for the presidency of the Republic in last year's elections, and Diva Guimarães Alves, a Parana teacher who gained national repercussion after talking about racial prejudice during the Paraty Literary Fair, in 2017, were invited.The following photography arrangement, by Henrique da Costa Valério Quagliato, portrays the event through the lens of Ramiro Gabriel Garcia, photographer and doctoral student of the Postgraduate Program in Sociology at UFPR. Invited by Revista Sociologias Plurais, Garcia had access to the interview with the guests behind the scenes, the speeches and the debates promoted during the event.
