Descripción :	Este artigo busca analisar a autonomia no trabalho imaterial após a reestruturação produtiva e o novo paradigma informacional. Neste contexto, emergiram teses sugerindo que o trabalho estaria mais criativo e independente, com maior autonomia do trabalhador. A partir de entrevistas com desenvolvedores, foi analisado se o tipo de contratação, as qualificações e a natureza do trabalho possibilitariam, de fato, maior autonomia no trabalho imaterial. Há certa margem de autonomia operacional, mas persistem as pressões impostas por clientes, pela produtividade e pelo mercado. This article finds to analyze the autonomy in immaterial work after the productive restructuring and the new informational paradigm. In this context, theses emerged suggesting that the work would be more creative and independent, with more worker’s autonomy. From interviews with developers, was analyzed the type of hiring, qualifications and the work’s nature would allow in fact more autonomy in immaterial work. There are margin of operational autonomy, but persists the pressures imposed by clients, by productivity and by the market.
