| Descripción : | O presente artigo tem por objetivo explanar a evolução vivenciada no Brasil acerca do Acolhimento Institucional para crianças e adolescentes, em especial enfocaremos o avanço na legislação vigente, desde a Constituição Federal de 1988 até os dias atuais - com ênfase no Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente de 1990, o qual representou um divisor de águas, no tocante a garantia de proteção aos infantes. Elucidando as articulações necessárias para o funcionamento do Sistema de Garantia de Direitos, entendendo as crianças e adolescentes como detentores do direito de “prioridade absoluta”. This article aims to explain the evolution experienced in Brazil on the InstitutionalCare for children and adolescents, in particular we will focus on advances in currentlegislation, since the Constitution of 1988 to the present day - with emphasis on theChild and Adolescent 1990, which represented a turning point with regard to warrantyprotection to infants. Elucidating the joints necessary for the operation of the RightsAssurance System, understanding children and adolescents as having the right to"absolute priority". |
