Descripción :	RESUMENLas reglas de Derecho representan un hito en la formación del abogado, aunque su análisis es propuesto de manera teórica y abstracta. Por lo tanto, resulta inusual una propuesta aplicada y contextualizada que permita su explicación y facilite su entendimiento como concepto jurídico fundamental. Este escenario motivó  a realización de la propuesta aquí introducida, a través de la cual, y a partir del análisis de la SENTENCIA N.° 001-17-SAN-CC. CASO N.° 0096-09-AN, se identifican conceptos jurídicos eje y su relación con las reglas de Derecho.
