Al partir de esto, el artículo hace un estudio breve sobre mutaciones de la Constitución de los Estados Unidos y su influencia en la forma en la que el Derecho es entendido en este país, así como también la influencia de una mutación en sistemas jurídicos alrededor del mundo.
