Descripción :	This article proposes to investigate the hypothesis of a possible resumption of the National Cultural System at the municipal level with the enactment of the Aldir Blanc Law. It also aims to investigate the values that acted in the cultural field motivated by this process. For that, it uses the theoretical-methodological support of Discourse Theory to analyzes an empirical corpus of discourses collected on the internet with the keywords “National Cultural System” and   “Aldir Blanc Law”. Este artigo propõe investigar a hipótese de possível retomada do Sistema Nacional de Cultura no âmbito municipal com a promulgação da Lei Aldir Blanc. Objetiva também investigar os valores que atuaram no campo cultural motivados por esse processo. Para tanto, utiliza-se do apoio teórico-metodológico da Teoria do Discurso ao analisar o corpus empírico de discursos coletados na internet com as palavras-chave “Sistema Nacional de Cultura” e “Lei Aldir Blanc”.
