| Descripción : | This article arises from a qualitative research in process based on the comprehensive peace methodology known as Ethnography for Peace (EtnoPaz). Its objective is to describe the conditions of impossible peace that are manifested in the meetings of the SCHOOL TECHNICAL COUNCIL (CTE) by analyzing The relationships of structural, symbolic and cultural violence that occur between teacher to teacher, director to teacher and teacher to director, are manifested with practices of exclusion, racism, rejection, intolerance, mockery, gestures, gestures, power struggle, selfishness which affect the operation of the CTE and the achievement of its mission and purposes.
That is why this research seeks to propose peace alternatives for the effectiveness of these meetings by creating spaces of peace where awareness is possible to put ourselves in the place of the other and respect for differences.
El presente artículo surge de una investigación cualitativa en proceso basada en la metodología de paz integral conocida como Etnografía para la Paz (EtnoPaz) tiene como objetivo describir las condiciones de paz imposible que se manifiestan en las reuniones del Consejo Técnico Escolar (CTE) al analizar las relaciones de violencia estructural, simbólica y cultural que se presentan entre docente a docente, director a docente y docente a director estas se manifiestan con prácticas de exclusión como: racismo, rechazo, intolerancia, burlas, gestos, ademanes, lucha de poder, egoísmo las cuales afectan la operatividad del CTE y el logro de su misión y propósitos. Es por ello que la presente investigación busca proponer alternativas de paz para la efectividad de dichas reuniones al crear espacios de paz donde sea posible la sensibilización para ponernos en el lugar del otro y el respeto a las diferencias. |
