| dc.description | En este artículo se exponen los argumentos esgrimidos por el gobierno venezolano para procedera la denuncia de la Convención Americana de Derechos Humanos. Esto sirve como punto departida para tratar, por una parte, las implicaciones que, a partir de un análisis principalmentedogmático basado en normas constitucionales venezolanas, derivan de dicha denuncia, y paraplantear, por otra parte, posibles consecuencias que se siguen de ello.AbstractThis paper deals with the main arguments of the Venezuelan government for its withdrawal from theAmerican Convention on Human Rights.
