Las relaciones entre Cuba y Haití: un modelo ejemplar de cooperación Sur-Sur

Resumen: El texto resalta la importancia para Cuba de su cooperación con los países de la región caribeña, el papel que han tenido las migraciones haitianas en la historia de Cuba y en la formación de la cultura de la isla, la importancia del aporte africano para América Latina y destaca el gran apoyo cubano a Haití en el campo de la sanidad y de la educación. Abstract: The text highlights the importance of Cuban cooperation with the countries of the Caribbean region, the role played by the Haitian migration in Cuban history and the formation of this island’s culture, the importance of the African contribution to Latin America and underlines the great Cuban support to Haiti in the fields of health and education.
