| dc.description | En el cantón Shushufindi, el cacao (Theobroma cacao) se ha constituido en parte importante de la economía y el cultivo más representativo dentro de los sistemas productivos de las familias. Dada la dependencia económica creada, esta condición le confiere un mayor riesgo ante perturbaciones ambientales. El objetivo del presente estudio es evaluar la resiliencia climática de los sistemas de producción de cacao mediante la metodología de evaluación de resiliencia y variabilidad climática en agroecosistemas. Given the economic dependence cre- ated, this condition confers a greater risk in the face of environmental disturbances.
