dc.descriptionExtracts from interviews with various members of the legal community, and with two ex-prisoners and their partners, are used to argue that judicial accounts of events can be understood as narratives that construct Justice as credible, impartial and objective, while silencing opposing accounts. This paper analyses the discourse of the legal community on the one hand, and, on the other, critical voices that offer a new emancipatory discourse of Justice.en-US
dc.descriptionEl análisis retórico de entrevistas en profundidad realizadas a diferentes miembros de la comunidad jurídica pone de relieve las estrategias retóricas utilizadas por esta comunidad para la construcción de la credibilidad, objetividad e imparcialidad de la práctica jurídica, al tiempo que se produce el aparente silenciamiento de otros discursos alternativos. En definitiva, en este artículo se analiza el discurso de la Institución Jurídica así como el discurso de otras voces críticas que reinterpretan este discurso legitimador construyendo un nuevo discurso emancipador sobre la Justicia.es-ES
