Descripción :	The multiple transformations and the dynamic which are happening in contemporary society are understanding and even though needing and management in order to environmental questions. It is possible to affirm that environmental questions has become a problem to public power, because everything was turned to the industrialization and it was not analyzed the consequences to the nature and society. The uncontrolled environmental exploration brought countless consequences so it makes follow the belief that nature resources are inexhaustible. Following this perception, the environmental question became part of organized ideological thought as a result the environmental planning and management became an instrument into the political ideas. Las múltiples transformaciones y la dinámica que ocurre en la sociedad contemporánea, pasa a comprender y hasta mismo a exigir planeamiento y gestión vueltos a los problemas ambientales. Puede se afirmar que las cuestiones ambientales se tornarán un obstáculo para el poder público, pues, con todas las fuerzas vuelve para la industrialización hace con que no se refleja sobre las consecuencias que eso traía para la naturaleza e para la sociedad. La exploración desenfrenada del medio ambiente trae consigo innúmeras consecuencias, eso, hace caer por la tierra el pensamiento de que los recursos que la naturaleza ofrece serían inagotables. A partir de eso esta cuestión pasa a tomar cuenta del pensamiento ideológico organizado, tornando así el planeamiento y la gestión ambiental como un instrumento inferido en el conjunto de ideas políticas. El principal objetivo de este texto es abordar la relevancia de haber planeamiento y una buena gestión preocupada con el medio ambiente, además de presentar la importancia de la participación de la sociedad en general.
