Descripción :	This reflective article tries to make a description about of the different ways in which the teachers that belongs to the pedagogical network, Teachers in Collective, have been governed.  A pedagogical team that, within the framework of the Seminar on Ongoing Formation, have dedicated themselves to reflection and research of Learning Environments in Classroom (AAA), to recognize and to make visible some singular ways of being teacher considering the contemporary rationality, in which the power installed some modes of existence, in order, to regulate the ways of subjectivation of individuals and groups. El presente artículo de reflexión es un intento por describir los diferentes modos como se han gobernado los maestros que integran la red pedagógica Maestros en Colectivo, un equipo pedagógico, que en el marco del Seminario de Formación Permanente, se han dedicado a la reflexión e investigación de los Ambientes de Aprendizaje en el Aula (AAA), a reconocer y visibilizar unas maneras singulares de ser maestro, congruentes con la racionalidad contemporánea, en la que se instalan unos modos de existencia que regulan las maneras de subjetivación de los individuos y colectivos.
