| Descripción : | This text analyzes the origin of democracy and its relationship with the concept of "Open Society". Likewise, a small reflection is prepared on the behavior of democracy in the framework of the "Cold War", during the second half of the 20th century. Finally, we try to propose, in a conjectural way, the kind of democracy that is needed in the 21st century, taking into account the dynamics of the actual society. Este texto analiza el origen de la democracia y su relación con el concepto de “Sociedad Abierta”. Igualmente, se elabora una pequeña reflexión sobre el comportamiento de la democracia en el marco de la “Guerra Fría”, durante la segunda mitad del siglo XX. Finalmente, se intenta proponer, a manera conjetural, el tipo de democracia que se necesita en el siglo XXI, teniendo en consideración lo dinámico de la sociedad actual. |
