Descripción :	Este trabajo analiza los efectos de la política agraria en las dinámicas familiares de los grupos rurales en el siglo XX, en el sur de Veracruz. La Ley Agraria de 1917 configuró una familia tradicional fuertemente jerarquizada y sometida al control de las instituciones agrarias y del Estado. En esta familia el padre controlaba la relación con sus hijos. La Reforma de 1992 y la nueva Ley Agraria permiten modificar la propiedad de la tierra y su sistema de gestión y transferencia, con lo que se trastocó el sistema de organización y de sucesión de las familias. Este hecho se combinó con el desarrollo de la movilidad al norte de las nuevas generaciones, dando como resultado una transformación de las relaciones dentro de la familia, tanto entre géneros como entre generaciones. Intrafamily and Intergeneracional , and Migratory Implications of Mexico’s Agrarian Policy. The Case of the South of Veracruz State, MexicoThis paper analyzes the effects of agrarian policy in family dynamics of rural groups in the 20th century in the south of Veracruz. The Agrarian Law of 1917 formed a strong, traditional family, under the wing of agrarian institutions and the State. In this family, the father controlled the relation with his children. The Reform of 1992 and the new Agrarian Law allow to the modification of land tenure and its system of management and transfer; in turn, this transforms family organization and the system of inheritance. This fact, combined with the development of mobility among younger generations, resulted in a transformation of the relations within the family, both between genders and generations.
