The present text aims to explore the problems triggered by the global health emergency, starting from the analysis of the overlapping of three different discussions that, however, must be addressed in their unity: Firstly, the criticism of modern scientism, since it operates as an ideological veil of alleged axial neutrality and intellectual objectivity in the face of the need toclaim an ethical-political use of science, against capitalist exploitation; in second place, the study of how, through scientism, the importance of analyzing the bacteriological security programs of the military complexes of the global powers (particularly the United States) has been underestimated, starting from the understanding that the development of geneticengineering opens up new armament possibilities as yet unknown; and thirdly, the balance of the reaction set in motion by the great international capitals to accelerate the automation of processes and the developments of artificial intelligence to sharpen the exploitation of resources on the planet, aggravating the civilizing catastrophe in which we live.El presente texto tiene por objeto explorar las problemáticas desencadenadas por la emergencia sanitaria global, partiendo del análisis de la imbricación de tres discusiones distintas que, sin embargo, deben ser abordadas en su unidad: en primer lugar, la crítica al cientificismo moderno, toda vez que éste opera como un velo ideológico de pretendida neutralidad axial y objetividad intelectual frente a la necesidad de reivindicar un uso ético-político de la ciencia, en contra de la explotación capitalista; en segundo lugar, el estudio de cómo, a través del cientificismo, se ha subestimado la importancia de analizar los programas de seguridad bacteriológica de los complejos militares de las potencias globales (particularmente de Estados Unidos), partiendodel entendido de que el desarrollo de la ingeniería genética abre nuevas posibilidades armamentistas hasta ahora aún desconocidas; y en tercer lugar, el balance de la reacción puesta en marcha por parte de los grandes capitales internacionales para acelerar la automatización de procesos y los desarrollos de inteligencia artificial para agudizar la explotación de recursos en el planeta, agravando la catástrofe civilizatoria en la que se vive.
