dc.description	The figure of public utility, which has constitutional status, it is extremely important for the realization of projects of national and strategic interest, because it is what allows the expropriation of property rights over land that are necessary to develop such projects. dc.description	La figura de utilidad pública, que tiene rango constitucional, resulta de extrema importancia para la realización de los proyectos de interés nacional y estratégico, pues es la que permite la expropiación de los derechos de propiedad sobre las tierras que son necesarias para desarrollar dichos proyectos. El gobierno actual y los anteriores son conscientes de ello, por lo que desde hace tiempo han venido promoviendo la utilización de esta figura de manera ligera e ilimitada para favorecer intereses de las grandes empresas que están detrás de estos negocios y no los de la ciudadanía.	es-ES
