dc.description	The effervescence of organizational movements around the cultural practices of Hip Hop in the Valley of AburrÃ¡, alternatives are thought of together and to propose structural changes to their environments, from social interventions with communitiesâ€™ ways. That is why we consider it necessary to make a tour of the historical and social factors that have shaped what we now know as Hip Hop Culture, to generate with this a picture of their impact on the cultural scene at local and national level.	en-US

Es por esto que consideramos necesario realizar un recorrido por los factores históricos y sociales que le han dado forma a lo que hoy conocemos como Cultura Hip Hop, para generar con esto un panorama de sus incidencias en la escena cultural a nivel local y nacional	es-ES
