dc.description	This article outlines the substantive content of Latin American Indigenous Constitutionalism; as a locution of millenary cognitive practices, social mobilizations and emancipatory uprisings that validate the collective epistemological construction of the managerial sense of the State, society, and life: this is their standard of recognition. One goal is to connote how this Constitutionalism radiates a political approach that unhinges the legionaries of nineteenth century, of transnational constitutional theory and the “Lex Mercatoria”; And, in the other side, reveal the ineffectiveness of the so-called New Constitutionalism implemented under the guidelines of the Report of the Trilateral Commission of 1975. Three key conditions of the Latin American socio-economic political crisis of the 1960´s and 1970´s are described as backgrounds, and decisive for the establishment of military dictatorships that, after taming society, they organize the return to electoral democracy and the adoption of that New Constitutionalism. The descriptive-analytical perspective assumed, allows to make visible the ontological change that contributes to the reposting of the ´other knowledge´, of the ´other powers´ in the scenario of the current political conflict, as well as its impact on the construction of a new hegemony due to the power dispute. dc.description	En el presente artículo se esboza el contenido sustancial del Constitucionalismo Indígena Latinoamericano; como locución de prácticas cognitivas milenarias, movilizaciones sociales y levantamientos emancipatorios que convalidan la construcción epistemológica colectiva del sentido directivo del Estado, de la sociedad y la vida: esta es su norma de reconocimiento. Un objetivo es connotar como este Constitucionalismo irradia un enfoque político que desquicia a los legionarios del Constitucionalismo decimonónico, de la Teoría constitucional transnacional y la Lex Mercatoria; y otro, develar la ineficacia del denominado Nuevo Constitucionalismo implementado bajo los lineamientos del Informe de la Comisión Trilateral de 1975. Como antecedentes se describen tres condiciones claves de la crisis socioeconómica-política latinoamericana de las décadas de 1960 y 1970, y decisivas para la instauración de las dictaduras militares que, después de domesticar a la sociedad, organizan el retorno a la democracia electoral y la adopción de aquel Nuevo Constitucionalismo. La perspectiva descriptivo-analítica asumida, permite visibilizar el cambio ontológico que coadyuva al reposicionamiento de los ‘otros saberes’, de los ‘otros poderes’ en el escenario del conflicto político actual, así como su incidencia en la construcción de una nueva hegemonía por la disputa del poder. La consigna es que sin poder no hay cambio.	es-ES
