| dc.description | RSUMEN: Objetivo: Identificar la reproducción de inequidades sociales y segregación espacial a través de la relación entre vivienda, bienestar y salud en Viviendas de Interés Prioritario, donde las condiciones sindémicas globales exacerbadas por la pandemia causada por SARS-CoV-2, profundiza manifestaciones desguales consecuencia de la guerra, problemas de planificación territorial y de-sastres naturales entre personas y grupos sociales que allí cohabitan. Método: Articulando etnografía y “ciencia ciudadana” se promueve la producción y divulgación de conocimiento pertinente al bienestar de los habitantes de las VIP. Resultados: Las políticas de vivienda buscan resolver el déficit habitacio-nal e incentivan la construcción como “locomotora económica” sin atender particularidades de sus habitantes, manteniendo brechas de inequidad en geografías urbanas latinoamericanas. Conclusión: En las VIP, la acumulación de capital inmobiliario desatiende el bienestar ciudadano, especialmente entre mujeres cabeza de familia y jóvenes, que intentan tejer cuidados para la salud en condiciones multidimensionales de pobreza, violencias interpersonales y COVID-19. | |
| dc.description | ABSTRACT: Objective: Identify the reproduction of social inequities and spa-tial segregation through the relationship between housing, welfare, and heal-th in Priority Interest Housing, where global syndemic conditions exacerbated by the pandemic caused by SARS-CoV-2, deepen unequal manifestations re-sulting from war, land planning problems and natural disasters among people and social groups living there. Method: Articulating ethnography and “citizen science” promotes the production and dissemination of knowledge relevant to the welfare of the inhabitants of the VIPs. Results: Housing policies seek to solve the housing deficit and encourage construction as an “economic loco-motive” without addressing the particularities of its inhabitants, maintaining inequity gaps in Latin American urban geographies. Conclusion: In the VIPs, the accumulation of real estate capital neglects citizen welfare, especially among women heads of households and young people, who try to weave health care in multidimensional conditions of poverty, interpersonal violence, and COVID-19. | |
