Se abordan las infraestructuras de las Humanidades Digitales en tres dimensiones: técnica, de investigación y del conocimiento. Se analiza el contexto institucional de creación las infraestructuras digitales para las Humanidades y las Ciencias Sociales. Se explica la metodología y resultados del análisis biográfico del libro raro “Apunte Histórico de los Chinos en Cuba” y se explica paso a paso el proceso de digitalización y procesamiento en usando la infraestructura del Marco Internacional de Interoperabilidad de Imágenes (IIIF), para la publicación digital del libro raro “Apunte Histórico de los Chinos en Cuba”. ABSTRACT The emergence, development, use, impact and need of the application of the infrastructures of the digital humanities is justified theoretically and methodologically. The objective of the research is to take advantage of the importance that is granted in Cuba to the documents of heritage value, to carry out the processing of the rare book “Historical Record of the Chinese in Cuba” with Digital Humanities approaches. This will allow the digitization and accessibility of the sample with DH infrastructure technology. It is proposed the use of documentary analysis, the historical method and the interview, as methodological strategies.
