| dc.description | This text takes a general overview to the social housing in Colombia in between the years of 1940 to 1991, a temporary stage that evidences two important moments. The first one, where the housing is strongly influenced by modern architecture movement, the consolidation of state institutions, and the contribution made by the international missions: father Lebret participation, the economist Lauchlin Currie, and the Economic Commission for Latin America (ECLA). A second moment that illustrates the framework that modern house had in Colombia as commodity as a consequence of the State’s economic development strategy that was planned throughout a concentration of resources in the financing, production, and construction of social housing in order to get the country out of crisis typecasting the house in the field of capital accumulation. | en-US |
| dc.description | Este texto aborda um panorama geral da habitação social na Colômbia entre 1940 e 1991, marco temporal que evidencia dois momentos importantes: aquele onde a moradia social é fortemente influenciada pelas correntes da arquitetura moderna, a consolidação das instituições estatais e as contribuições exercidas das missões internacionais: a participação do Padre Lebret, do economista Lauchlin Currie e da Comissão Econômica para a América Latina e o Caribe (CEPAL). E um segundo momento que ilustra o enquadramento que teve a casa moderna na Colômbia como uma mercadoria por causa da estratégia de desenvolvimento econômico que o Estado planejou por meio de uma concentração dos recursos no financiamento, produção e construção de habitação social para tirar o país da crise enquadrando a casa no âmbito da acumulação do capital. | es-ES |
