dc.description	AbstractThe article presents an approach to the Fugaz Project, an intervention carried out in the monumental area of Callao for commercial purposes and framed as an urban renewal initiative. This intervention triggered an interesting phenomenon due to the interaction of various actors who had not previously crossed paths and who now engage in a context where the residents of the monumental area find themselves in a position of subordination. The aim is to analyze how this urban intervention unfolded during a specific period (2015 to 2017) through four dimensions: the institutional and organizational arrangements that have facilitated the entry of a new economic actor into the area; socio-spatial fragmentation; the use of art to make the intervention attractive to both former residents and new visitors; and, finally, the experience and production of the place by the actors involved.	en-US
dc.description	El artículo plantea un acercamiento al Proyecto Fugaz, intervención que se realizó en el área monumental del Callao con fines comerciales y se planteó como una renovación urbana. Lo anterior causó un fenómeno interesante debido a la interacción de diversos actores que antes no solían frecuentarse y que interactúan ahora en una posición donde los residentes del área monumental se encuentran en una situación de subordinación. El objetivo es analizar cómo se ha desarrollado está intervención urbana en un momento puntual (años 2015 a 2017) a través de cuatro dimensiones: arreglos institucionales y organizativos que han favorecido la inserción de un nuevo actor económico en el área, fragmentación socioespacial, uso del arte para hacer la intervención atractiva para los antiguos residentes y nuevos visitantes, y, por último, la experiencia y producción del lugar por parte de los actores presentes.	es-ES
