Artículo introductorio al dosier homónimo, ofrece algunos apuntes teórico-metodológicos en torno a la literatura de viajes como fuente y como material de carácter antropológico. Se resumen acercamientos a los textos de viajeros sobre Cuba en la bibliografía y la historiografía cubanas. Por último, se presentan los artículos incluidos en el dosier, destacando autores y temas tratados.Introductory article to the homonymous dossier, it offers some theoretical-methodological notes on travel literature as a source and as anthropological material. Approaches to travelers' texts about Cuba in Cuban bibliography and historiography are summarized. Finally, the articles included in the dossier are presented, highlighting authors and topics covered.
