| dc.description | The starting point of this work is the premise that the dignifying work in dignifying conditions is a powerful social and economic instrument of implementation of income distribution and social equality. Given this established premise, this study uses literature and legislation review to bring a brief analysis of the legal issue of slave work in Brazil and of the inclusion of the dignifying work as a fundamental principle of the 1988 Brazilian Constitution, followed by the approach on the accession of the Country to the Inter-American Human Rights System, to study the complaint and the merit report on slave labor in Brasil Verde Farm in Pará, before the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (IACHR), which led to Case 12.066 before the Inter-American Court of Human Rights (IDH Court). The conclusion of this research points to the fact that the absence of social reintegration is a factor that contributes to the difficulty of effective restoration of the violated rights. | en-US |
| dc.description | O ponto de partida do presente trabalho é a premissa de que o trabalho digno em dignas condições é um poderoso instrumento socioeconômico de implementação de distribuição de renda e igualdade social. Com base na premissa estabelecida, o presente estudo faz, utilizando-se a revisão de literatura e legislação, uma breve análise da questão jurídica da escravidão no Brasil e da inserção do trabalho digno como princípio basilar da Constituição Brasileira de 1988, seguido de abordagem acerca da adesão do País ao Sistema Interamericano de Direitos Humanos, para adentrar o estudo da denúncia e do relatório de mérito sobre trabalho escravo na Fazenda Brasil Verde no Pará, perante a Comissão Interamericana de Direitos Humanos (CIDH), culminada com a abertura do Caso 12.066 diante da Corte Interamericana de Direitos Humanos (Corte IDH). A conclusão desta pesquisa aponta para o fato de que a ausência de reinserção social é um fator que contribui para a dificuldade de restauração efetiva dos direitos violados. | pt-BR |
