A participação feminina na esfera pública do trabalho embora represente, em geral, emancipação e autonomia, a questão quando vista em seus pormenores apresenta outros elementos explicativos da condição feminina, a exemplo das desigualdades de gênero e desigualdades sociais, como é o caso das chefes de famílias residentes em áreas ZEIS. Entendendo a questão a partir das categorias poder feminino, desigualdades de gênero e desigualdades sociais, o presente estudo discutirá as propostas teóricas que a fundamentará com o objetivo de construir uma matriz explicativa de interlocução entre teoria feminista e teoria social visando a compreensão e análise da questão. The feminine participation in the public sphere of the work although it represents, in general, emancipation and autonomy, the subject when seen in its details it presents other explanatory elements of the feminine condition, such as of the gender inequalities and social inequalities, like is the case of the heads of families resident in areas ZEIS. Understanding the matter starting from the categories power feminine, gender inequalities and social inequalities, the present study will discuss the theoretical proposals that will base it with the objective of building an explanatory matrix of dialogue between feminist theory and social theory seeking the comprehension and analysis of the subject.
