| dc.description | O artigo apresenta considerações de natureza teórico-metodológica ao utilizar o referencial apresentado por Henri Lefèbvre acerca da sobrevivência do capitalismo e do método de investigação. A este respeito se entende que o capitalismo transforma-se ao longo do tempo para garantir sua hegemonia, havendo uma re-produção das relações de produção. Retomando a dialética, se analisa as diferentes temporalidades do presente, identificando os marcos nas relações sociais desmontando a aparente simultaneidade da realidade, quando se abre a possibilidade para a realização de um futuro ainda virtual. | dc.description | The article presents considerations of theoretic-methodological nature by using the referential presented by Henri Lefèbvre, concerning the survival of the capitalism and of the investigation method. To this respect one understands that the capitalism changes along the time to guarantee your hegemony, having a re-production of the production relationships. Retaking the dialectic, it is analyzed the different temporalities of the present, identifying the marks in the social relationships, disassembling the apparent simultaneity of the reality, when it opens up the possibility for the accomplishment of a still virtual future. The city of Lisbon is investigated under this logic, in a case study that looks for the identification of these conceptual elements, where the process of revalorization of the downtown is shown as a full theme to the verification of the worked presuppositions | en-US |
