| dc.description | Este estudo, desenvolvido no âmbito da História da Educação, buscou elaborar uma leitura/releitura do processo educacional do SESI, tendo primeiro a formação do operário e a relação desta formação com o corpo como eixo de discussão, e, em segundo lugar, categorias analítico-teórica elaboradas por Michel Foucault como aporte teórico do debate. Assim, partindo da problemática de como se deu o processo de manejo do corpo pelo SESI, especificamente de São Paulo, no contexto urbano-industrialista no período de 1946 a 1955, e quais as consequências e influências no saber-poder e constituição de “verdades”, submetemos metodologicamente o corpus levantado ao trato da Análise de Discurso francesa, tendo como matriz diretiva de trabalho a perspectiva de Eni Orlandi. Diante disso, através da investigação feita em jornais, revistas e relatórios institucionais, bem como da leitura do documento da Carta da Paz Social e de leis e decretos-leis relacionados ao tema, buscamos identificar os mecanismos de controle do corpo, examinando dispositivos que legitimaram falas no período investigado sobre ele feitas pelo SESI-SP, com suas possíveis continuidades na contemporaneidade. À guisa de conclusão, constatou-se uma eficaz estrutura de domínio do corpo operário, advinda da descorporização realizada como forma de disciplinar e regular o trabalhador às conveniências do empresariado industrialista da época. | |
| dc.description | This present study, developed in the context of the History of Education, aimed to elaborate a reading / re-reading of the educational process of SESI. Firstly, the formation of the worker and the relation of this formation with the body as the axis of discussion was reviewed, and then, secondly, analytical-theoretical categories elaborated By Michel Foucault as a theoretical contribution of the debate. Thus, starting from the problematic of how the process of control of the body by SESI, specifically of the SESI in São Paulo, in the urban-industrialist context from 1946 to 1955, and what consequences and influences in the knowledge-power and constitution of "truths “, a survey was conducted based on corpus in treatment of the French Discourse Analysis, having as its working matrix the perspective of Eni Orlandi. From this perspective, through research in newspapers, magazines and institutional reports, as well as reading the document Carta da Paz Social and legislation related to the theme, efforts were made to identify the mechanisms of control of the body by examining devices that legitimized statements in the period above mentioned conducted by SESI-SP and with its possible continuities in contemporaneity. As a conclusion, it was found an effective structure of domination of the workers' body, which was derived from disembodiment carried out as a way of disciplining and regulating the worker to the conveniences of the industrialist businessmen of the time. | |
