dc.description	El objetivo principal de la investigación fue comprender las dinámicas de interacción social de mujeres adolescentes que se presentan con el uso de la plataforma virtual Instagram, y su influencia sobre la construcción social de los cuerpos de mujeres. Para poder caracterizar la relación que estas mujeres adolescentes tienen con sus cuerpos en el entorno virtual, así como, detallar acerca de las prácticas habituales que tienen con Instagram como usuarias y así identificar los tipos de interacción e influencia que vivencian con sus cuerpos. Es una investigación de carácter cualitativo, fundamentada desde la teoría feminista con un enfoque de género, pues, este posicionamiento otorga las herramientas teóricas y metodológicas que da los aportes críticos entorno al problema en estudio y permite complejizar los estudios de los cuerpos. A nivel metodológico agregar que las fuentes primarias de información fueron las mujeres adolescentes participantes y las segundas todo el material documental recopilado a lo largo de la investigación. Se lleva a cabo una triangulación de técnicas aplicadas durante el trabajo de campo, partiendo de las entrevistas semi-estructuradas, seguidas de dos grupos focales y finalizando con un taller participativo. Los hallazgos de la investigación han permitido identificar que las dinámicas de interacción social de las mujeres adolescentes en Instagram, influyen sobre las formas en cómo estas mujeres construyen, vivencia y sienten sus cuerpos. Además, utilizan Instagram como un espacio de esparcimiento, entretenimiento, relación con sus amistades y/o personas externas a su entorno, así como también, la utilizan para actividades relacionadas con su ámbito académico.
dc.description	The main objective of the research is to understand the dynamics of social interactions of adolescent women that occur with the use of Instagram as a virtual platform, and its influence on the social construction of women´s bodies. In order to characterize the relationship that these adolescent women have with their bodies in the virtual environment, as well as, point the usual practices they have with Instagram as users and consequently identify the types of interaction and influence that they experience with their bodies. It is a qualitative research, based on feminist theory with a gender focus, since this positioning provides theoretical and methodological tools that provides critical contributions to the problem under study and allows the studies about the body to become more complex. At a methodological level, it allows to add that the primary sources of information were the participating adolescent women and the second were all the documentary material collected throughout the research. A triangulation of techniques applied during field work is carried out, starting with semi- structures interviews, followed by two focus groups and ending with a participatory workshop. The research findings have allows us to identify that the dynamics of social interaction of adolescent women on Instagram influence the way in which these women construct, experience and feel about their bodies. In addition, they use Instagram as a space for recreation, entertainment, relationships with their friends and/ or people outside their environment, as well as, the use of it for activities related to their academic field.
