dc.description	This article divulges the results of a research realized with 15-27 years old people in conditions of displacement, actually receiving the attention services of the Attention and Orientation Unit (AOU) of Municipality of Pasto. The study was designed to create empowerment processes with this population, through the understanding of significance of victimisation, and the implementing of vocational, professional, and occupational assistance. At the end of the study the young people under the AOU coverage were able to reassess the different implicit circumstances in displacement, as well as their own personal situations, and to establish productive life projects, and profitable action initiatives.	en-US
dc.description	El presente artículo expone los resultados de un proceso de investigación-acción llevado a cabo con jóvenes entre 15 y 27 años en situación de desplazamiento, asistentes a la Unidad de Atención y Orientación (UAO) de la Alcaldía de Pasto. El trabajo buscó generar procesos de empoderamiento en esta población mediante la resignificación de sus imaginarios de victimización, así como a través de la orientación vocacional, profesional y laboral. Al término del estudio, los jóvenes objeto de intervención lograron revalorar una serie de representaciones sobre sí mismos y acerca del desplazamiento, así como construir planes de vida y emprender acciones productivas.	es-ES
