dc.description	Currently, the discourses about the social responsibilities of the companies have reached a predominant place in the regulation of fundamental labour rights defined by the ILO. This article intends to reflect on this matter, questioning the real possibilities of the globalization of social standards from the compromises of transnational companies. Finally, the author raises the need to preserve and reinforce the mechanisms of interstate regulation that support its compliance in obligatory legality.	en-US
dc.description	El discurso de la responsabilidad social de las empresas ha alcanzado un lugar preponderante en la regulación de los derechos laborales fundamentales definidos por la OIT. El presente texto reflexiona sobre esta situación, cuestionando las posibilidades reales de la globalización de estándares sociales a partir de los compromisos de las empresas transnacionales. Finalmente, plantea la necesidad de conservar y reforzar los mecanismos de regulación interestatal que fundamentan su cumplimiento en la obligatoriedad legal.	es-ES
