dc.description	Since the 70´s different entities of the public administration have outlined interventions on the natural space compound Reserva Forestal Protectora Bosque Oriental de Bogotá, with the intention of preserving it from the alterations that leave being historically object. However all these interventions were fruitless because they never integrate the urban vision of this environmental problem. The new policies proposals reproduce this tendency, taking uncontrollably to the failure of the policy and to perpetuate the tendencies of the real estate market.	en-US
dc.description	Desde los años setenta diferentes entidades de la administración pública han planteado intervenciones sobre el espacio natural denominado Reserva Forestal Protectora Bosque Oriental de Bogotá, con la intención de preservarlo frente a las alteraciones de las que venía siendo objeto históricamente. Sin embargo, todas estas intervenciones fueron infructuosas debido a que nunca se integró la visión urbana de este problema ambiental. Las nuevas propuestas de política pública, reproducen dicha tendencia, llevando irrefrenablemente al fracaso de la política pública y a perpetuar las tendencias del mercado inmobiliario.	es-ES
