dc.description	In this text the migratory process Mexico - United States of the Mayan yucatecos towards San Francisco California is described. In addition, the different stages that the above mentioned process contains are depicted and an account of how the yucatecan migrants live and organize their movement towards the neighboring country is provided, as well as the set of relations or social links which are used to provide support, undertake the departure and to establish in a temporary way, between one and ten years, in the recipient society. dc.description	Se describe el proceso migratorio México-Estados Unidos de los mayas yucatecos hacia San Francisco California. Además, se puntualizan las distintas etapas de que dicho proceso y se da cuenta de cómo los migrantes yucatecos viven y organizan el traslado hacia el país vecino, así como el conjunto de relaciones o vínculos sociales de los que se valen para apoyarse, emprender la partida y establecerse de manera temporal, entre uno y diez años, en la sociedad receptora.	es-ES
