| dc.description | En este trabajo, a partir de la observación de las fotografías de niños y animales de Sergio Larraín, del estudio de sus procedimientos técnicos (encuadre, el fuera de campo, la presencia de distintos planos y el desenfoque) y a través de la lectura de algunas de sus cartas en donde reflexiona en torno a la fotografía y la vida (entendida como bios), pretendo cuestionar la lectura moderna del autor, que lo sitúa como un fotógrafo humanista. Estas fotografías otorgan presencia y movilidad a niños y animales, de modo que en su trabajo se puede trazar una continuidad a partir de las nociones de comunidad e inmunidad, definidas por Roberto Espósito. De este modo, desde un punto de vista biopolítico, la obra de Larraín adquiere una contemporaneidad que cuestiona las formas tradicionales de entender el arte, la vida y la comunidad.In this paper, through the observation of photographs of children and animals by Sergio Larrain, the study of its technical procedures (framing, offscreen, the use of deph of field and the presence of blurred images) and through the reading of some of his letters, in which he reflects about photography and life (understood as bios), I intend to question the modern reading which represents the author's work as humanist. These photographs provide presence and mobility to children and animals, so that in his work a continuity can be traced starting from the notions of community and immunity, as defined by Roberto Espósito. Thus, from a biopolitical point of view, the work of Larrain acquires a contemporaneity that questions the traditional ways of understanding art, life and community. | es-ES |
