| dc.description | El siguiente artículo busca indagar desde algunos de los conceptos elaborados por Gilles Deleuze y Felix Guattari en las posibilidades de transformación del campo social entendido como diagrama. Para ello, se hace foco en el modo en que el Capitalismo Mundial Integrado resuelve las tensiones producidas por los deseos desterritorializados de las sexualidades disidentes. Reconociendo el problema del sujeto en su relación con el poder del sistema legal, y tomando el homicidio de Natalia Gaitan como caso, analizaremos las resistencias de dicho sistema, la movilización de los movimientos de derechos humanos y LGBT y el impacto del caso en la perspectiva de los actoresThe following article enquires through Deleuze and Guattari’s concepts into the possibilities of transformation of the social field defined as a diagram, focusing on the way that Integrated World Capitalism solves the tensions produced by deterritorialized desires related to non-normative sexualities. Recognizing the problem of the subject as product of the power of the legal system, and taking the homicide of Natalia Gaitan as a case, the article analyses the resistances of the legal system, the mobilization of LGBT and human rights movements, and the impact of the case on the actors’ perspective. | es-ES |
