| dc.description | Resumen: Al leer o escuchar la obra Nicolás Guillén se percibe el ritmo musical de su poesía y por eso analicé las tres artes poéticas que escribió desde sus poemas de adolescencia hasta las de su madurez. En todas ellas el poeta manifiesta que la música es mejor vehículo que las palabras para expresar sus inquietudes. Identifica la poesía con la guitarra y a ella apela para entregar su mensaje y buscar solución a los problemas que observa. Con el avance del tiempo, la poesía del autor evoluciona ampliando la temática y el territorio descritos, y su mensaje se hace cada vez más explícito. Palabras clave: Música, ritmo, son, colonialismo Abstract: By reading or listening to the work Nicolas Guillén musical rhythm of his poetry is perceived. In this paper I analyze the three poetic arts of his poems from adolescence to maturity. In all of them the poet says that music is a better vehicle than words to express his concerns. Guillén identifies poetry with a guitar, appeals to her to deliver his message and seek solutions to the problems observed.
