| dc.description | A variedade dos alimentos no Brasil está ligada aos fatores de formação histórica e mais recentemente às mudanças introduzidas pela agroindústria alimentar. Os brasileiros se alimentam de forma diferente no campo e na cidade, entre as regiões e entre os estados da federação. A identificação dos diferentes paladares e suas nuances é o objeto deste artigo e para isso foram usados informações da Pesquisa de Orçamentos Familiares que indicaram uma mudança no padrão alimentar. Cultura, alimentos e renda influem no tipo de alimento consumido e podemos concluir que a fome é um problema ultrapassado pela obesidade, caso típico do paradoxo alimentar. | pt-BR |
| dc.description | Food variety in Brazil is on to the factors of historical formation and more recently to the changes introduced for the alimentary agroindustry. Brazilians are fed differently in the field and in the city, between regions and states. The identification of different tastes and its nuances is the purpose of this article, and for this we have used information from the Research of Familiar Budget “Pesquisa de Orçamentos Familiares – POF” that indicated a change in the alimentary standard. Culture, food and income influence in the type of consumed food and can conclude that the hunger is a problem exceeded by the obesity, a typical case of the alimentary paradox. | en-US |
