| dc.description | This research aims to analyze the impact of judicialization in the Pharmaceutical Assistance Policy (PAF) of Natal/RN. Descriptive, this research collected data through semi-structured interviews together with three servers of the Judicial Demand Center (NDJ) of the Municipal Health Secretariat. We analyzed the data through content analysis, as proposed by Bardin (2011). It was found that there was an impact of judicialization in the municipal public budget represented by the need to conduct specific bids to meet demand, which escapes when doing natural administrative, as this resource will be funded by some source not originally planned. However, in general terms, the largest demand for judicialization does not refer to the purchase of medicines. | en-US |
| dc.description | A presente investigação objetiva analisar o impacto da judicialização da política de assistência farmacêutica no município de Natal/RN. De natureza descritiva, essa pesquisa coletou dados por meio de entrevistas semi-estruturadas junto a três servidores do Núcleo de Demandas Judiciais (NDJ) da Secretaria Municipal de Saúde. Os dados foram analisados por meio da análise de conteúdo, conforme proposta de Bardin (2011). Verificou-se que houve impacto da judicialização no orçamento público municipal representado pela necessidade de realizar licitações específicas para cumprimento de demanda, o que foge ao fazer administrativo natural, pois esse recurso será custeado por alguma fonte não prevista inicialmente.
