dc.description	This article aims to present the results of the reflections made about the lack of public policies that emphasize the importance of continuing education labor supply for the elderly public. For this, we seek to identify and analyze, by means of the Elderly Statute, Law no. 10741, 2003, the Organic of the Social Assistance Act (LOAS), Law no. 8742, 1993 and the National Policy for the Elderly, Law n. 8842, 4, 1994, the shortage of educational proposals, and in this particular case, we recommend entering as the reflective practice studies issues of life stories of the elderly, proposing a research paper and weighing about their own stories and intellectual formation in UNATI UNESP. As methodology, we present a survey of laws that support the elderly, as well as an informative survey of the elderly in society, where we understand the need that the elderly have to participate in an effective way the community. From there, we propose an educational work through life stories, which greatly strengthen the progress of the community and the inclusion of the elderly. Submssão: 2016-04-15 Aceite: 2016-09-01	en-US
dc.description	O presente artigo tem como objetivo principal apresentar os resultados das reflexões realizadas sobre a falta de Políticas Públicas que enfatizem a importância da continuação da oferta de trabalho educacional para o público idoso. Para isso, buscamos identificar e analisar, por meio do Estatuto do Idoso, Lei n. 10741, de 2003, da Lei Orgânica da Assistência Social (LOAS), Lei n. 8.742, de 1993 e da Política Nacional do Idoso, Lei n. 8.842, de 4 de 1994, a escassez de propostas educacionais, e, neste caso específico, recomendamos inserir como temas de estudos as práticas reflexivas de histórias de vida dos idosos, propondo um trabalho de pesquisa e ponderação a respeito de suas próprias histórias e de formação intelectual na UNATI da UNESP. Como metodologia, apresentamos um levantamento das leis que respaldam os idosos, como também uma prospecção informativa sobre o idoso na sociedade, de onde pudemos compreender a necessidade que o idoso tem de participar, de forma efetiva da comunidade. A partir daí, propomos um trabalho educacional, por meio de relatos de vida, que em muito fortalecerá os avanços da coletividade e a inserção do idoso. Submssão: 2016-04-15 Aceite: 2016-09-01	pt-BR
