| dc.description | The central objective of the study was to analyze the understanding of teacher’s counters on the knowledge teachers who contribute to the process of teaching and learning. The study was characterized as descriptive research, conducted through semi-structured interviews and qualitative data analysis. The research population is accountants / teachers of higher education institutions located in the Western Region of the State of Santa Catarina who teach in undergraduate degree in Accounting. The sample was designed intentionally and for convenience, where 5 were selected counters / teachers. The content analysis was structured in four steps: a) Identification of respondents; b) Characterization of the teaching activities; c) Perceptions of teachers regarding the teaching-learning process, d) that manifest understandings about the teaching knowledge. The findings of the research studies conducted by Schulman (1986), Tardif (2002) and Saviani (1996) state, and the teachers knowledge that best contribute in the teaching-learning process according to the respondents are teaching methodology and evaluation appropriate; use of audiovisual resources; content knowledge and institutional policies and good relationship with the academics. | en-US |
| dc.description | O objetivo central do estudo foi analisar a compreensão de contadores professores sobre os saberes docentes que contribuem ao processo ensino-aprendizagem. O estudo caracterizou-se como pesquisa descritiva, realizada por meio de entrevista semiestruturada e com abordagem qualitativa dos dados. A população da pesquisa foi os contadores/professores de Instituições de Ensino Superior localizadas na Região Oeste do Estado de Santa Catarina que lecionam no curso de graduação em Ciências Contábeis. A amostra foi delineada de forma intencional e por conveniência, onde foram selecionados 5 contadores/professores com diferentes titulações. A análise do conteúdo foi estruturada em quatro etapas: a) Identificação dos entrevistados; b) Caracterização das atividades docentes; c) Percepções dos professores quanto ao processo de ensino-aprendizagem, d) Compreensões que manifestam sobre os saberes docentes. Os achados da pesquisa afirmam os estudos realizados por Schulman (1986), Tardif (2002) e Saviani (1996), sendo que os saberes docentes que melhor contribuem no processo ensino-aprendizagem de acordo com os entrevistados são: metodologia de ensino e de avaliação adequados; uso de recursos audiovisuais; conhecimento dos conteúdos e das políticas institucionais e o bom relacionamento com os acadêmicos. | pt-BR |
