| dc.description | Los retos que hoy plantean al currículo universitario los nuevos requerimientos de ajuste entre educación superior, empleo y sociedad en el marco de las dinámicas de globalización advierten la necesidad de construir una mirada académica que profundice los alcances y límites de los campos de formación, en razón de sus estructuras de conocimiento implicadas y en el contexto de sus particulares tradiciones profesionales y educativas. En tal sentido, el presente trabajo procura abordar el análisis del currículo universitario recuperando y articulando algunas líneas teóricas provenientes del campo didáctico, del curriculum y de la educación superior, buscando arrojar luz sobre las tensiones sociales y académicas en juego. THE UNIVERSITY CURRICULUM AS A STAGE FOR SOCIAL AND ACADEMIC TENSIONS Abstract The university curriculum faces challenges in relation to the need to adjust higher education, employment and society in a globalized world.
