dc.description	ResumenEn este artículo se abordan algunas ideas que hacen posible comprender la significación de los valores en el pensamiento rickertiano. A partir de los postulados de la teoría kantiana del conocimiento, Rickert se plantea la necesidad de indagar el problema del conocimiento histórico, y en su búsqueda, advierte el papel que desempeña la noción de valor en la labor del historiador. Llega así a una solución axiológica del problema del saber histórico, para concluir que no hay ciencia de la historia sin filosofía de la historia. Persuadido de la necesidad de mediar en torno a un sistema comprensivo de los valores culturales, Rickert afirma que no hay filosofía capaz de construir tal sistema con meros conceptos, puesto que el mismo solo puede determinarse extrayendo de la vida histórica, los valores universales y formales que subyacen en su contenido, y estableciendo los supuestos valorativos de la cultura.Palabras claves: Ciencia de la Cultura – Filosofía de la Historia – Teoría de los ValoresAbstractThis article considers some ideas that make posible the understanding of values in de rickertian thought. Beginning with the postulates of the kantian theory of knowledge, Rickert presents the need to study the problem of historical knowledge, and in his search, he notices de role that the notion of value has in the work of the historian. He thus arrives to an axiological solution of the problem of historical knowledge, to conclude that there is no science of history without philosophy of history. Persuaded of the need to mediate around a comprehensive system of cultural values, Rickert states that there is no philosophy capable to construct such system with mere concepts, because this system can only be established drawing from historical life, the universal and formal values that underlie in its content, and establishing the value suppositions of culture.Key words: Science of Culture – Philosophy of History – Theory of Values	es-ES
