dc.description	Established in 2011 by the Brazilian Federal Government, the Bolsa Verde Program aims to promote environmental conservation through productive inclusion and raising the income of families living in extreme poverty. Since 2016, the number of families served by the benefit has fallen by 37%. The article analyzes the exclusion data of the beneficiaries, between the years 2014 and 2017, available on the website of the Ministry of the Environment and data from the Cadastro Único. The objective is to identify the main reasons for exclusion and to verify to what extent the program produced changes in the income indicator — economic growth — and in the access to public services in five municipalities of the State of Pará where more cuts occurred. The results obtained lead to the questioning of the ways of measuring extreme poverty and income utilization as a condition of the Bolsa Verde Program, given the particularities of the beneficiaries' way of life.	en-US
dc.description	Cobrindo a lacuna da agenda social e ambiental, no ano de 2011 foi instituído, pelo Governo Federal Brasileiro, o Programa Bolsa Verde (PBV). Sua política foi definida como um programa de transferência de renda com condicionalidades socioambientais que tem a finalidade promover a conservação ambiental por meio da inclusão produtiva e elevação da renda de famílias em situação de extrema pobreza. Desde 2016, o número de famílias atendidas pelo benefício caiu em 37%. Esse trabalho, portanto, se atentou em analisar os dados de exclusão dos beneficiários, entre os anos 2014 a 2017, a fim de identificar os principais motivos de exclusão, o perfil dos beneficiários e verificar em que medida o programa produziu alterações no indicador de renda – crescimento econômico – e no acesso a serviços públicos básicos nos municípios onde mais ocorreram cortes.	pt-BR
