dc.description	The objective of this paper is to understand the relationship between peasants and land, taking as field of description and empirical analysis the community of Bonitinho, in Canindé - Ceará - Brazil. The present study tried to comprehend, through an ethnographical approach, the world view of the farmers regarding the feeling of belonging to a certain area, and also as regard to the social organization of the agricultural residents, who grow food in the plantings of the family by the fact of descend from a common patriarch. This area is defined by its residents as “land of heritage”. The research, which was carried out between the years 2005 and 2013, focused on the process of value apprehension of these residents and their worldview, which are responsible for guiding them in their relationship with the land through the standards established by the very community. Thus were observed singularities in the way they use the natural resources based on the right of use and heritage of the land.	en-US
dc.description	Este artigo tem por objetivo compreender a relação da campesinidade com a terra, tomando como campo de descrição e análise empírica a comunidade conhecida pelo nome de Bonitinho, no Município de Canindé-CE. Buscamos, por meio de uma abordagem etnográfica, conhecer a visão de mundo expressa pelos agricultores no que se refere ao sentimento de pertencer a determinado território e no que concerne à organização social de moradores que cultivam gêneros alimentares em roçados da família, por descenderem de um patriarca comum. O trabalho de pesquisa, que ocorreu entre os anos de 2005 e 2013, focalizou, portanto, a apreensão dos valores e visão de mundo desses camponeses que orientam sua relação com a terra através de normas estabelecidas pela própria comunidade. Nesses termos, foram observadas singularidades na apropriação dos recursos naturais consubstanciada no usufruto e sucessão da terra.	pt-BR
