The objective of this article is to analyze the process of reinvention of the markets for Brazilian family farming during the COVID-19 pandemic, especially the (re)connections from websites and digital platforms for marketing food and products with urban consumers. To this end, an extensive survey of information was carried out with 38 initiatives distributed geographically in all regions of the country. The work shows that the new digital marketing channels of family farming in Brazil are strongly based on collective organizations, aim to build short local and regional chains and supply the population with fresh, agro-industrialized and ecological food with varying attributes of qualification.
El propósito de este artículo es analizar el proceso de reinvención de los mercados de la agricultura familiar brasileña durante la pandemia Covid-19, especialmente las (re) conexiones de sitios web y plataformas digitales para comercializar alimentos y productos a consumidores urbanos. Para ello, se llevó a cabo un amplio relevamiento de información sobre 38 iniciativas distribuidas geográficamente en todas las regiones del país. El trabajo muestra que los nuevos canales de marketing digital para la agricultura familiar en Brasil están fuertemente basados en organizaciones colectivas, tienen como objetivo construir cadenas locales y regionales cortas y abastecer a la población de alimentos frescos, agroindustrializados y ecológicos con diversos atributos de calificación.
O objetivo deste artigo é analisar o processo de reinvenção dos mercados da agricultura familiar brasileira durante a pandemia da Covid-19, especialmente as (re)conexões a partir de sites e plataformas digitais de comercialização de alimentos e produtos com consumidores urbanos. Para tanto, foi realizado um amplo levantamento de informações em 38 iniciativas distribuídas geograficamente em todas as regiões do país. O trabalho mostra que os novos canais de comercialização digital da agricultura familiar do Brasil são fortemente baseados em organizações coletivas, visam construir cadeias curtas locais e regionais e abastecem a população com alimentos in natura, agroindustrializados e ecológicos com atributos de qualificação variados.
