| dc.description | On September 13, 2016, José Luis Villacañas, professor of Philosophy at the Complutense University of Madrid, gave a lecture at the San Martin State University’s Center for Research on Conceptual History, in the presence of an audience formed by scholars of the aforementioned Center and students of the MA on Conceptual History of the same university. The lecture dealt with the possible links between Blumenberg’s phenomenology of history and Koselleck’s Historik. A second topic of his lecture was constituted by a reflection upon the irreversible structure of time, and, in particular, of capitalism itself. Regarding to this latter matter, his reflections dealt with the existent tension between fear and hope, the possibility of going beyond our own age, and the role that must play in that sense the State’s constituent function, at the expense of sovereignty. Below it was transcribed the lecture –which keeps the style of orality, but under a rereading of the author himself–, and the subsequent discussion that it raised among the participants of the event. | en-US |
| dc.description | El 13 de septiembre de 2016, José Luis Villacañas, catedrático de Filosofía en la Universidad Complutense de Madrid, dictó una confe- rencia en el Centro de Investigaciones de Historia Conceptual, de la Universidad Nacional de San Martín, ante un público compuesto por investigadores de dicho Centro y estudiantes de la Maestría en Historia Conceptual de la misma universidad. La conferencia versó sobre las posibles vinculaciones entre la fenomenología de la historia, de Blumenberg, y la Histórica [Historik], de Koselleck. Un segundo eje de la intervención lo constituyó una reflexión sobre la estructura irreversible del tiempo y, en particular, del propio capitalismo. En relación con esta última cuestión, las reflexiones giraron en torno a la tensión existente entre el miedo y la esperanza, a la posibilidad de ir más allá de nuestra época y al papel que debe jugar, en ese sentido, la función constituyente del Estado, en detrimento de la soberanía. A continuación, se transcri- be la conferencia –conservando el estilo oral, pero releída por su autor– y el intercambio que ella suscitó entre los participantes del evento. | es-ES |
