dc.description	The Democratic Culture Foundation (Fucude) published the research “From oblivion to hope, Urabá: contexts and memories of the La Chinita massacre” in 2021, a qualitative and interdisciplinary research that combines contextual analysis and case study of the Collective of victims of the Obrero La Chinita neighborhood in Apartadó, Urabá.Urabá between 1980 and 2000 had the greatest humanitarian crisis due to political violence in Colombia. More than a hundred massacres against the civilian population were committed by different actors committed to crimes against humanity and war crimes. The La Chinita massacre in 1994 was the one of greatest magnitude and impact.The victims only received state attention with the enactment, in 2011, of the Victims Law. Since 2009, this group has undertaken actions of memory, resistance, and mobilization to demand truth, justice, reparation, and non-repetition. From the actions of collective memory, the group of victims emerged as a political subject that participates in demanding their rights through transitional justice mechanisms derived from the Peace Agreement in 2016.	en
dc.description	La Fundación Cultura Democrática (Fucude) publicó la investigación “Del olvido a la esperanza, Urabá: contextos y memorias de la masacre de La Chinita” en el año 2021, investigación de carácter cualitativo e interdisciplinaria que conjuga el análisis contextual y el estudio del caso del Colectivo de víctimas del barrio Obrero La Chinita en Apartadó, Urabá.Urabá entre 1980 y el 2000 tuvo la mayor crisis humanitaria debido a la violencia política en Colombia. Más de un centenar de masacres contra la población civil fueron cometidos por distintos actores comprometidos con crímenes de lesa humanidad y de guerra. La masacre de La Chinita en 1994 fue la de mayor magnitud e impacto.Las víctimas solo tuvieron atención estatal con la promulgación, en el año 2011 de la Ley de víctimas. Este colectivo emprendió desde el 2009, acciones de memoria, resistencia y movilización para exigir la verdad, justicia, reparación y no repetición. Desde las acciones de memoria colectiva emergió el colectivo de víctimas como sujeto político que participa en la exigencia de sus derechos a través de mecanismos de justicia transicional derivados del Acuerdo de Paz en el año 2016.	es
