| dc.description | Objective: to examine the cohesive scope of the implementation of social reintegration measures, it involves evaluating the mechanism of public attention together with the collective practices of forgiveness and reconciliation in the face of the vexations of war. Hence, the article accounts for the scope of the effective articulation of actors foreseen for the social reintegration policy. Methodology: through the analytical approach of aggregated data, a survey on social networks and governance was used, which was systematized and processed in the UCINET 6.5 program and its visualization tool Netdraw. With these, interaction indicators and representations of effective interorganizational links are obtained. Similarly, the documentary analysis of the official manifestos and the respective theoretical review of the cleavages of the subject centered on policy networks is deployed. Conclusions: in the end, fragmented archetypes were found that speak of the low efficiency of the governmental framework and weak levels of social cohesion around the problem that is far from the projected degrees of legitimacy. | en |
| dc.description | Objetivo: examinar los alcances cohesivos de la ejecución de medidas de reintegración social, para evaluar el engranaje de atención pública junto a las prácticas colectivas de perdón y reconciliación frente a los vejámenes de la guerra. De allí que el artículo de cuenta de los alcances de la articulación efectiva de actores para la política de reintegración social. Metodología: mediante el enfoque analítico de datos agregados se recurrió a una encuesta sobre redes sociales y gobernanza, que se sistematizó y se procesó en el programa UCINET 6.5 y su herramienta de visualización Netdraw. Resultados: se obtuvieron indicadores de interacción y representaciones de los vínculos efectivos interorganizacionales, así mismo, se desplegó el análisis documental a los manifiestos oficiales y la revisión teórica respectiva a los clivajes del tema centrado en las redes de políticas. Conclusiones: Se encontraron arquetipos fragmentados que hablan de la baja eficiencia del entramado gubernamental y débiles niveles de cohesión social alrededor del problema, que dista de los grados de legitimidad proyectados. | es |
