dc.description	The philosophic discussion is the departure point related to Nietzsche and Heiddeger, about the coming of the nihilism to introduce us in the subjects of the border in the modern and postmodern world. That existencial condition approaches us the experience in the border, and to the fact to transfer and to live in the edges. In other dimensions, we found the present time of that philosophic debate, since the border subject acquires centrality. In the social, politic, and cultural land we paradoxically see as globalization leads to an weakeing of the borders and an increase of its importances. The border demarcation continues being important, but now it has to do with the proliferation of agents, regional and global forces, and tendencies make of the border a blurred and opened institution. The increase of the interdependence are causing that migration and border transfering to be changing the face of communities of many countries of the present world. The national states are painted of color by those migratory movements that give the diversity, the pluralidad and the multiculturalismo in the before homogeneous societies.	en-US
dc.description	Se toma como punto de partida la discusión filosófica que se da en relación a Nietzsche y Heiddeger acerca del advenimiento del nihilismo para adentrarnos en los asuntos de la frontera en el mundo moderno y postmoderno. Esa condición existencial nos acerca a la vivencia en la frontera, al hecho de traspasar y vivir en los límites. En otras dimensiones, encontramos la actualidad de ese debate filosófico, ya que el tema fronterizo adquiere centralidad. En el terreno social, político y cultural vemos cómo la globalización nos está conduciendo a un debilitamiento de las fronteras y, paradójicamente, a un aumento en su importancia. La demarcación fronteriza sigue siendo importante, sólo que ahora tiene que vérselas con la proliferación de agentes, fuerzas y tendencias regionales y globales que hacen de la frontera una institución más borrosa y abierta. El aumento de la interdependencia lleva a que la migración y el trasiego fronterizo le estén cambiando el rostro a las comunidades nacionales del mundo actual. Los Estados nacionales se pintan de color por esos movimientos migratorios que dan lugar a la diversidad, la pluralidad y el multiculturalismo en las sociedades antes más homogéneas.
